As soon as there is some concrete information, I strongly suggest putting a link to the info somewhere that everybody can see it (comm panel, I suppose). We need to make sure that everybody knows when to expect downtime. And more importantly what the window is for potential loss of data. That is the biggest potential area for complaints.
