My posting does not deal with individual homes. The question I tackle deals with hoods. I have a problem with the levels, but also with duplicate cities or cities which lie outside the accepted timeline or period. I use the word "city" for any hood level above the individual's homes.

For instance, London in Celtia is Caer Lud. Why isn't there a London? or Londinium? I realize there is one Rome, but why not in Celtia for Celtia personasses? The existance of this city should not be dictated by people who wish to maintain their view of what Celtia should look like. Rather it should be determined by those who wish to add content.
