I can't think of any reason why a time specific hood would be any problem. It sounds like a very good idea to me. Athens in the 5th century BCE for instance, would be a nice. Why not just request it? Ask any scribe and the scribe will ask a demi and we'll all find out if it can work.It would be nice at this point, to have a rule about having a petition with a fixed number of prospective residents before opening another neighborhood for one Though. There are a lot of them out there with no participants and minimal page views.Is there to be somone to monitor the hood, like an Archon who steps in and says,"Ahem,...You have just slipped from the 5th to the 4th century in that last post"?
