a feature in the grams, where you could send the offending gram to the admin (I tested it at least once by sending a rude gram to myself and forwarding it to admin! ;p) and another where you could click a link to make the rude grammer "unwanted" (can't remember the exact word for it), which stopped the offending grams, at least from that persona, and put his/her name to your "not-friend" list... the reason why I cannot remember the name for the list is that I used the feature only twice... oh, and it also blocked that person from entering your public chatroom! (that was one big nuisance in AS, some people going to other people's chatrooms and reading old chats, and then gossipping about it).
