    Dolabella is somewhat of a mysterious figure, isn't he? I've read him discussed and apparently he may have been a patrician Publius Cornelius Lentulus, adopted into the plebs like Clodius before him to become tribune, but without the same uproar.

    His age is uncertain, and "I read somewhere" he might even have been another son of Caesar's, hence his special treatment!
