    I rather stumbled over this and note it for those of similar interest - I started out being fascinated by Caesar, and basically falling for what I'd call the "Shakespearian" Octavian (small, altogether not the man Caesar was). Over the years I've learned that the only man as amazing as Caesar, in his way, WAS Augustus, and the fact Caesar chose him of them all blows me away, prescience-wise.
