Among the flood of nominations for our Goldfest entries, a couple of our members noted that they felt The Ides of March MMVI deserved a Gems award. Now, I'm not voting for that for one simple reason. The way we did the thing, it isn't really designed to be permanent - the clues left at people's houses or here and there around Rome must eventually be taken down, and as I recall I felt that there was no "ending" to the game, i.e., helping you count all your points and realizing whether Caesar lived or died.
Now, that is NOT to say it can't be slightly revamped to make it possible for the game to be still workable on a permanent basis, although it might take a bit of rethinking.
What do ya'll think?
