..Is an historically significant online experiment in Penal Reform.
Unlike the old "AS" Tully, where people disappeared for one month, three months at a time (sometimes forever!), this is more of a voluntarist, communitarian set-up.
Basically when it is (as Americans now say) "Your Bad", you will willingly turn yourself in to - ie join - the Tullianum Group. Or you may be cogently persuaded to do so by the victim of your online indiscretion.
Either way: unlike the OLD system you will still be permitted to fully interact with the AW community, posting, gramming etc etc. However, you SHALL have punished yourself for your crime since the very act of joining the Tullianum Group will cost you 250 hard earned sesterces.
Once in the Tully, you will find numerous Threads (both self-flagellatory and self-help) in which you can voluntarily rehabilitate yourself.
I am told that the inmates who have already turned themselves in have found it cathartic to "Fess Up"... again this is an American term so b*gger me what it actually means.
(Tiamo - cogent comments about the "Distaff Issues"!
Many thanks, but let us first lay the bricks and mortar before we concentrate on specific chic-oriented whines, no?)
REMEMBER AT ALL TIMES THE NEW TULLY MOTTO:
'WE BUILT THIS PRISON ON ROCK'N'ROLL'
