All of the AW Gems in the various worlds have been nominated informally, but especially in view of the super events currently underway for GOLDFEST, please nominate here events you think should be considered for "AS Gems." Remember -

1. please give us the URL whre the main event takes place;

2. It needs to be a "stand-alone" event. In other words, writing contests, etc., where you must read an entire long line of posts to get the gist of the event, are sadly not suitable as gems. However, certain games and contests (if it is easy to see, by colored post or otherwise, the steps of the game and/or contest) can, in certain circumstances, be considered.

Particular credit given to historical tours, games, contests, quizzes, etc.

3. If in doubt, nominate and the demis will take it into consideration ;)
