Krishnamurti's secret reminds me of the "Outline of Practice" by BodhiDharma.
Succinctly Bodhidharma said the following:
1 Suffer injustice - it is your karma.
2 Adapt to conditions - it teaches you equanimity ("I don't mind what happens to me").
3 Seek nothing - all phenomena is empty.
4 Practice Dharma - 'all natures are pure' and 'all appearances are empty' (of self).
