Legio XXIII is waiting at Interamna. Legiones XXVII and XXVIII are being trained at Capua.

Cisalpina
Legio X is at Catesao (Taurinorum).
Legiones I & II Cisalpina are at Aquileia building the new road to the border with Illyricum, completing at the end of November.

Narbonensis
Legiones II & III Narbonensis are at Vienna.

Legiones V, XII, XVIcs, XVIII, XX, and XXII plus Legio I Narbonensis and the Massiliot Auxiliaries are at Carcaso under the imperium of Scaeva.
Legiones IV & VII are at Carcaso under the imperium of PCH.
Reinforcements for Legio II, III and VIII (624 HI, 250 LI, 63 per each Legio) are at Narbo, moving off to join their Legions.

Citerior
Legio I - VI Citerior are at Iturissa with PCN.
Legio XXV and XXVI are at Barcino, under the imperium of PCH.

Legio II, III and VIII are at Iturissa with PCH.

Palaestina
Legio XI is garrisoning Gaza.

Illyricum
Legio I is at Salonae. Legio XXI and I Illyrica are road building Salonae to Burnum.

Epirus
Legio XVcs is at Ambracia. The Epirus loyal army is at Ambracia.

Greece

Legio VI and XIV are at Delphi with DJP

Morale Issues & other matters
Except for the Legions at Barcino, morale is generally fair.
