I have found two Cicero letters (sorry, I have them only in latin and french) concerning Cleopatra (he calls her "the queen" without ever writing her name) : Ad Att. 14.20,2 of may 11th -44 and Ad Att. 15.1,5 of may 17th -44. What I understand from Ad Att. 14,20 is that there was a rumour that Cleopatra had a miscarriage and from Ad Att. 15.1, that the rumour subsided. But he also speaks of "that Caesar", probably Caesarion who was thus already born.
