I just bought a great new book on Runes. It is called the Rune Primer. A nicely put together paperback handbook with a lot of accurate historical information, rune poem translations, and best of all a kick ass myth busting chapter that thoroughly exposes the inventions of recent popular authors. There will be a few red faces out there.
