    I guess that's why I felt certain words seemed familiar. Like Artur and Arthur, Caemlyn and Camelot, Tar Valon, Avalon...*s* They do seem so similar at least the idea.

    And maybe a little copying of LOTR...The Nine Rings (that tavern in the book). I bet Robert Jordan greatly admired the idea of Tolkien's LOTR and King Arthur.
