    I'm finally getting around to this one and, although still in Chapter I, I'm enjoying it very much. Has anyone else read it?

    It seems so obvious to watch the declining fortune of the Senate with the ascending powers of the army, but I don't know I've read a whole book about it before - thus far, so good!
