Despite all the alleged murders etc. which I don't put past her, she was still an amazing woman, powerful, ambitious and capable of anything if it meant she'd get what she wants. Claudius needed help and he still got it, Agrippina was very clever and capable of running the country with if not for him.

And Nero trying to kill her... Amazing how much it took to finally take her down! She was amazing, despite the fact she doesn't get a good note in history. Her mother was indeed put in the negative light, but then so was her grandmother Julia, which I think with today's understand we can say is unfair. What I don't understand is how Agrippina Major and Agrippina Minor both bore bad personalities in history. Julia has a bad rep with the historians but she was still considered to have a good nature. If this wasn't the historians' doing then I wonder where the gene went wrong.
