What are the posting limits, in journals and on message boards, for free members?

I already know free members are allowed one journal and one group. I mean how many messages/entries they are allowed to post to journals and forums.

I apologize profusely if I shouldn't post this here, I keep looking around for more detailed FAQs or help sections and can't seem to find any beyond the most basic questions. :/
