I have a list of provinces but I believe most were praetorial, not consular. They were, for 58 BCE

    Sicilia
    Sardinia
    Hispania Citerior
    Hispania Ulterior
    Gallia Cisalpina
    Gallia Transalpina
    Illyricum
    Macedonia
    Bithynia & Pontus
    Asia
    Cilicia
    Syria
    Creta & Cyrenaica
    Africa

Illyricum was not only considered, it was attributed to Caesar as well as Gallia Cisalpina, by a lex Vatinia in the popular assembly. Gallia Transalpina was later added by Senatus Consultum proposed, I believe, by Pompey himself, or at least sponsored by him.

I don't know who were the other provincial governors in 58 except that T. Ampius Balbus was proconsul of Cilicia and P. Cornelius Lentulus Spinther was propraetor of Hispania Citerior but as my curiosity has been raised, will try to find out.
