Where's the milk, honey? And the wine? I know, I'm a handful, but if you tell me where they are, I will get them for you. Ah, there's the Voreni. Welcome, Lucius! Sit ye down! We're just getting started.

Eirene hands over the eggs and raw bacon to Lady Tanaquil, who instructs her slaves to ignite the little oven in the courtyard and put the rack on it, so the meat can be placed on it.

"Anyone for fried eggs?" she asks. That sweet dove...

Eirene points out the storage of water, wine and milk to me. I tell her, that some more people will surely be around: some men of the first cohort, who just can't get enuff of things! Would Marcus Antonius coem after all, to get a refill? Or Caesar, maybe?

"You cannot count on that, Pullo," says Vorenus. "Caesar! Are you out of your mind? What would he want to do in a place like this?"

Well, Mr. Vorenus, I happen to LIKE this place! And actually, I got it through Caesar, so why would he not want to have a peek sometime, eh?

I run off to the attic, where tons of nice food and wines, water and milk are still waiting to be consumed. Ah, here's a flask of mead, a gift from Aelfie! And some bread. Hmmm, good bread, this. And...an amphora of wine. Some sausages and a bowl of olives in oil. Hmmm! That'll be a good start then.

I bring the stuff down and put it on the table. The Voreni and some boys of the first cohort, who have just come in, have just planted their teeth in a good thick omelette. Smells good! the women start dividing foods and drinks and I have a seat next to my good looking little wife.

"Mmmmm, Eirene, you look good this morning! Come, sit on my lap and let me admire and adore you!!"

(Eirene:) Hmmmm, Titus, you look good, too. Strong and healthy! Mmmmh, this food is good! Lupa sent over a slave, she's making the porridge now. Want some porridge?

"Hmmm, yes, later on, first some sausage and an omelette. Yay! Some real good food is what I need right now. (munch, munch). Did you sleep well last night, eh?

(Eirene:) "As long as you let me sleep, you (CENSORED), I have have, yes. But you are a sweet man and I have had the time of my life these past days. Hmmmm, you make me so happy and all these people are sooooo nice!" (giggles girlie-like)
