I roamed around in the Roman World and saw all that good stuff happening last Saturday, when Titus and his Eirene were wed! What a party that was!!! It's good to see such things happening here!

And now I am in the Courtyard of Titus' new insula and things here are still very quiet. They decided to sleep all their way through the sunday and serve food on Monday, so here I am, with my gifts.

Eirene, I don't know if you're much into weaving. I happen to know this noble Roman lady, who is. She seems quite boring, but that's only the outside. On the inside, she can be pretty exciting: weaving with her can result into scheming and concocting instead of serious weaving. Hm, why am I telling you this? I just want you to be happy with this gift. It might lead you into a weaving business: weaving cloth and selling it. You might even get a few slaves or freedmen to do the work for you, so you can focus on the business aspect of the weaving trade. There is a businesswoman inside of you, Eirene, I just know it!

Now, then...Titus. Always difficult to get a present for a man. Maybe it's all too easy and that's why it seems so difficult. Hmmmm, I don't speak sense. It's too early still. Now, then, my petty pleb. Here's my present for you. I hope you like it, but I think so.

You're going to need this when you finally outsmart people like Vorenus. There will be more need of lower plebeian senators in the Curia soon. And I am pretty sure that Caesar or Octavius will eventually reward your good nature, bravery, loyalty and what not! Maybe Eirene may use it as a prototype and start weaving togas to sell. There's going to be a great need for togae praetextae....LOL
