    Thanks for the info. It's strange to think of Livia as having ever been playful enough to justify the 'Little Drusa' nickname! I do have one other - related - question though: Livia's father was a Marcus Livius Drusus by adoption, but, by birth, he was a Claudius. Of which branch was he? I've read in a couple of books that he was a Claudius Pulcher, which isn't really a surprise considering the profusion of 'impoverished' Claudius Pulchers; and yet, I've also read of the possibility that he was a Claudius Nero, which would make sense if you consider who Livia's first husband was. I was just wondering if anyone could shed any light on the matter.
