Someone should claim Head master (or coach, even a sideline coach) as leader, and claim a craft. Ex. I quilt. We would than build a site to
    1. Present history
    2. types
    3. styling
    4. interpretation

and anything else. Then present or offer working questions for all in the guild to research or offer answers to.

For example, I was gifted with a GREAT quilt frame, unlike others my friends have, I would give the history of quilt frames types, how it changed and improved and what the improvements of the one I now own.

    All this make sense?

Personally I have no idea how to build "apprenticship" criterias.
    Any suggestions?
