As you're handing out plaques, could you do a couple of those with a "AW SpringFest 2006" text too? One smaller (half?) size one would be great too, for a page that has all the events of the SpringFest.

Plus I'll need some text for the game thread (even if the actual game is played in a chat), a bit like they've done at WTP Springfest Game, meaning desciption of the game, graphics and rules.
