Doesn't "Quo vadis?" refer to the episode where reportedly Saint Peter is walking on the way from Rome on the Appian way and is met by either an angel, or Christ personified, who asks: "Quo vadis?" which has a spiritual connotation. Whereupon Peter reverses and heads back to Rome, and likely martyrdom? Is my recollection accurate?
