Just a pointer - after a week or so of discussion, with various pros and cons expressed, I created a thread for the Curia Teams for their SPECIFIC discussions.

From my original suggestions and others, I ended up not placing teams in place for several suggested groups, including the Design Team. The reason? Several scribes persuasively mentioned that "design" is another one of those areas that's very Jot-dependent; and there are other functions (Arachne being a biggie) where people can volunteer their design talents. Similarly, we have not yet started a navigation team.

Based on project-specific suggestions, right now there are three teams (there may be more depending upon what this group desires):

The 'Hoods Team - for revamping and coordinating hood development

The "Help" Team - for any project involving volunteers, newbies, etc.

The "Promotions" Team -for any project, like the AW Store, expanding the AW Web Ring, or discussion about income and patronage, that would promote AW financially or academically.

I hope to add the names of volunteers in the topic headings, so that we all know who wants to be involved.
