I believe that Theo is leaving the same messages at everyone's homesites... Can we save him the trouble?

I suggest that if we don't want to use this thread for this planning stage, since not everyone involved is a member of ADI, all those involved could sort of "meet" in Theo's message board - messages from everyone to everyone else would be left there and it would be up to each of us to go there searching...

Either that or mass emails, whatever works best for the rest of you.
