that 'The Razor's Edge' is my favorite book by Maugham. Like Kallistos, I have a LOT of favorites, and they are always added to, not substracted from... I find that a good book is a work of art, and no matter how many times one reads it, one always gets something new from it. Which is why, I suppose, I'm always reading something!
