...I've always had problems with the switch personas feature, so I never use it. I logout as one persona and back in as another. Although I know a number of people who like that feature and use it regularly.

However, most of my personas have their own email address, so it won't work anyway. I recommend this method to those people like me who login from a clean screen everytime...and it's also nice to have if you don't want to login as whatever name happens to be in the fields when you open the AW link for the first time each day.
