Octavia supposedly was to be forced to divorce Glabrio? to be offered in a marriage alliance to Pompey (which Pompey did not take up even though he was shown to "sample the goods"). Where on earth did they dig up Glabrio? Octavia was married twice, firstly not to Glabrio but to Gaius Claudius Marcellus (the first Julio-Claudian marriage in the Imperial family), then to Marcus Antonius.
