Caesar had been working in his office in the Forum for a long time, it was time for a break.

He strolled out to find the usual retinue of clients outside the Domus Publica. The Ludi would be over soon, but more importantly, the pamphlets were all but forgotten. It mightn’t stay that way, but for now the people loved their Caesar.

Caius Julius went to the eastern part of the Forum and found the Clivus which enabled him to walk up the Palatine to his old family home.
