My Mistress and i arrived in Heraklio harbour after a day and a half on the sea from mainland greece. I could see that she was pleased to travel again after visiting her parents in Boeotia. Muse enjoyed the freedom to travel and since i have been her servant i enjoyed travelling with her.

It was my first time to crete and i found the island alittle like greece, hilly with patches of forests and fields scattered about. The main town was large and busy with many traders and merchants which my mistress felt very comfortable with. Infact so comfortable that she rented a villa that was owned by the proprieter that ran a boarding house next door. It was a large villa with a warehouse at the rear. My mistress was so pleased with the purchase that she wasted no time in organising merchandise for herself. She new the business well and took no time in contacting traders and merchants in Heraklis.

Muse left me in charge in cleaning up the villa while she went to the marketplce. I had organised a few slaves to help clear up a few things, this was going to take the rest of the day and i knew my mistress would be back late so i set about my duties.
