    110g (1/4 lb) cooked cod
    225g (1/2 lb) mashed potatoes
    10ml (1 dessert-spoon) butter
    salt and pepper

    Skin, flake and remove bones from cod. Melt butter in pan and add the potatoes (if too dry add 15ml (a tablespoon) of milk - beat well with a fork. Add the fish and season to taste. Heat thoroughly. Put neatly into pie dish and brown under the grill.
