Being Decembris such an important month for the senators and citizens of Roma and taking into consideration that Saturnalia is going to be in the end of Decembris Caius Cornelius Rufus instructed is attorney to give D.10.000 to pay for cereals to be distributed by the citizens of Roma and also to pay to 50 actors to play in the streets of Roma for the amusement of the above mentioned citizens....
