We emerge from a period of confusion. Since our research facility was becoming too small to hold all our equipment and books, let alone the growing number of research subjects, we decided to move into roomier quarters. Even with an army of brothers to assist, the move was still tiring and long drawn out. The spider forms were too small to be of much help, and lacked useful gripping arms. In the end it was necessary to create extra numbers of the larger insect types. The real problem is the unpacking. With so many precious books and so much precious scientific equipment we only trust ourselves to unpack it, not our brethren.

We have been stuck in the mid 100s for some time now, slowly building up weapons. We decide to wait no longer but to push for level 19, even if it means a demotion in the rankings. We have 105 million Naquadah in the Bank. We withdraw it and sell attack and defence weapons as quickly as we can, without going into the Protected Planets Treaty. We succeed!

Ah, the bliss of level 19! Our covert points soar to 17.5 billion and we can once again see the statistics of every member of the Alliance, with the sole exception of Vulcan’s Naquadah. And look! The Olympians return to their position at 14th. That should satisfy the worried worm ArialTheFont. What weird names some of these glowing-eyed freaks adopt! What on earth has a Goa’uld to do with a stone basin in which the organ sacks attempt to drown their young? Very odd.

    Tic tic tic tic tic!
