How do you believe in the Bible and evolution at the same time? Is it possible? When I read all the proof out there of fossil humans and then read the genealogy back to Adam and Eve, where do all the hominids fit it? Do you all reckon that God somewhere down the line gave the first "souls" to Adam and Eve where evolution had brought humans to that point that God felt it was time to "issue" humans "souls"? I know this sounds far-fetched, but it's been said that when the translation of the true Biblical writings were translated by the monks, that there were terms and words not in our language and were translated the best of "their" knowledge. Maybe 7 days meant 7 of something else, like years or even hundreds or thousands of years. I just can't hardly imagine ALL those dinosaurs living, evolving, and dieing in 7 days. I try to live right and do the right things and pray to God, but evolution is undeniable. My dream was to be an archaeologist, it just didn't happen. What is some of the ideas you guys have about Adam and Eve if you go along with evolution and proof of the found hominids?
