I ask for you to call a hearing and investigation to investigate the reason why my team, Pilum, which has been very successful for several years and has accumulated maximum experience points has finished last or failed to finish in three of the last four races. This run of performances is the worst in the history of my team and whilst I appreciate that it may be due to simple misfortune, I would like the matter cleared up so that I can eliminate any suspicions of foul play.

I am more than prepared to pay any costs associated with the investigation.
