Just a couple of ideas.... How about a bar for long nights at the office? A library for the lawyers to perform research? Law offices? And how about a meeting room at the prison for defense lawyers to speak with the accused? (okay, I'm making a lot of lawyer stuff (I'm biased, lol) maybe all combined into one?) I like "the streets"- that was a great idea.
