My dear Lady Porcia!!!
I have been devilishly worried about you ever since I recived word of your terrifying abduction. How was your sojourn with the pirates? Did you make them regret ever taking you prisoner? I know you did, like a true daughter of Rome, and like your own, stubborn, spirited self.
Please tell me you are to return to the city? I am quite dying to see you. Besides, I feel sure you can help me in my latest enterprise. This calls for a woman's touch. I have not your tact and delicacy. I know Rome needs you, now, just as it needs Brutus.
Oh, Porcia, mark my words and marry him! We need the two strongest minds in Rome to be united. We need Brutus' strength, and you to influence him.
I know I am right. Please, daughter of Cato, we have so little time.
Burn this letter (in case you were wondering),
Cassius
