Continue on as you are, building the fleet and such. Also, prepare the south province for colonization. I will be removing some more Roman plebs to plant in Hispania. The south was recently in revolt, and is on the whole very supportive of me. We will start there, then move more colonies into the north.

I suspect that the Vasconi will be a force to the north in short order. This is fine for now.
