I was a young guy in those days, just past puberty really, and the whole Pathfinder/early AS Community was rank with hormonal significance.
Every male on the Board wanted to 'make' FeAudrey, Julilla or Birba.
And wanted to 'be' Anticus, Skyros or Aulus who came across this internet medium - rightly or wrongly - as traditional American he-men.
All I had to offer was a comprehensive knowledge of Latin & Greek, an in-depth understanding of Classical history, and a vastly superior intellect & vocabulary to those I met on Pathfinder/AS.
Which naturally made me the "no-mark of the Rostra"!!
As indeed was my nickname from the AncientSites get-go,
Yrs In Roma
Trimalch.
