Right, I've only just bought that digital camera after years without taking any picture, and I remembered that I had this great art and history museum ten minutes away from my home, the "Musée d'Art et d'Histoire de Genève". I went to visit, and learned that you can take pics (without flash, of course), in most rooms, including the one with a collection of arms and armors from Europe covering the 14th-17th centuries. I didn't have much time today, but given the fact that the admission is free, I have this feeling I'm gonna go there pretty often during the next weeks, hehe
As a teaser, a first series of three pics. If you click on them, you'll be sent to my arms&armors gallery that I'm building just for your viewing pleasure, with hi-res pics (not the original size though: if you'd like those, just leave me a message).
Oh yeah, note that images at Flickr are often free to use for most purposes, but this set's uses are more restricted. So please don't use them without asking ^-^

Armor from Geneva, 1602

Italian armor, 1570-1580 circa. I "had" to take a pic of it because of the details worked into the metal *g*. For this one, it's really worth giving a look at the bigger pic

Same, view from the back. Sorry, this one's not very good when seen in hi-res, I'll try to re-take it later this week.
