I haven't given up on the idea of a EC1 convention, but if it isn't feasible then an AC3 would be fine.
I know that Tan had intended to lead the preparations for September 2005 but that her RL interfered, as it is apt to do when too much is attempted ;-)
Perhaps if several of us can decide on meeting somewhere on a definite date, others will be attracted and something can be done. What do you think?
