I am not sure how you got the idea that I was looking for someone to plan every detail out by what I wrote in my post Aph. It would however be difficult to try and get together with a group from AW when the only logistic planned is London.

It would work if there were set times and more specific places to meet as then people from anywhere can make their own plans and those could include an EC1.

Personally I don't think depending on someone from the area to choose locations where people can get together is compulsive, but to each his own.

BTW I have met a few people from AS and AW including you all on my own, so I can say with all certainty that I am not dependent on someone else to create that for me. I would however think if people are coming from all over the world it may be easier to have a few venues set up that they can either choose to attend/meet at or not.
