I got the Ancient Songs of the Goths CD on a whim and I quite like it. A modern arrangement of old Gothic texts and melodies. Some of the texts are modern, with ancient insertions (one song has a part of the poem Deor translated into Gothic). I'm not knowledgeable enough to judge the quality of the Gothic used or the pronounciation, but the effect is suggestive. There are sample MP3s on the site.
