Untitled Document

Right now as Tan is working on the course. I am working on
a book called, "Teach Yourself Ancient Greek", by Gavin Betts
and Alan Henry. It is helpful, but I need a real person to ask questions
of. It took me two days to translate the first sentence in the first lesson,

I never have gotten it right even with dictionaries and Greek
grammers. I can understand what it means just not how it means that (
if you know what I mean ).
It says,
Odessyus has departed from Troy, but Posiedon his ship at
Scheria shall destroy.
Right? Well. I made it rhyme anyway.
