Finally remembered to bring in Current Archeology from the car! Here's a few books they reviewed on Romans in Britain.
The heirs of King Verica: Culture and Policts in Roman Britian by Martin Henig. About Verica, King of the Atrebates, located at Chichester. His son was Togidubnus who helped the Claudian invasion fleet out.
AD 43: The Roman Invasion of Britain, A reassessment by John Manley. John Manley puts forward a new theory that the Roman army landed in Richborough in Kent rather than Chichester. He gives some interesting evidence to support his new theory.
