After scouting the eastern bank of the Jordan and receiving word from the remaining scout parties further south, Sextus and his war council determined that the Parthian King was retreating back to his own territory, leaving the Damascenes who fought on the Jordan to return north to their home city. Those traitors would get what they had coming to them, but first these scouting reports were true.
Sextus ordered that provisions of ofood and water be collected not only for the army itself but for the city of Philadelphia should it be found that Orodes took out his frustration on it on his way home. The Judaeans were sent back to Jerusalem with the wounded Phaesal and 500 Egyptians had already left to return the body of Demetrius to Egypt. Other than that, the entire Roman led army would participate in this movement.
OOC:
The 3000 Nabataeans, led by Sabru, will cross the river first to scout for any enemies and once the all clear is given they will be followed by the the infantry divisions and then the rest of the Nabataean and Roman cavalry. The Nabataeans and desert cavalry will be deployed as scouts on all sides of the army to protect against any possible sneak attacks
The united army will then march to Philadelphia to reinstate Romano-Nabataean rule should there be any problems post-Parthian invasion. The journey will take three days IRL
