Santo nino is patron saint of my hometown island in Philippines,Cebu. Snato Nino was given by the spanish when Magellan came to philippines and traded a sacred stature of Santo Nino for a pearl by a Cebuano (person from cebu) princess.

Santo Nino has done lots of miracles to the people of Cebu and people around the world whop believe and pray to him.

One miracle is when there was a war by the japanese or spaniards (I think)and a war broke out in the house of a native person.The house burned,but Santo Nino didnt burn,ontehr miracles is when Manila instead of Cebu became the capital of Philippines,Santo Nino was mad and even more mad when he was gonna be moved to Manila,so when they put him in a box and reached Manila Santo Nino wanst in the box anymore,he was back in the altar in Cebu,they tried this alot of times even cut off one foot of the statue so he cant escape,but still he went back to he's homecity and favourite city,Cebu.

One recent miracle (I just heard about this miracle this morning by my sister) happned in Canada.A Filipino family had a new Santo Nino Statue and they had a little celebration,then, there was 2 young boys playing with a macth with a fire,the macth that had a fire wnet on teh carpet.But,the carpet didnt burn,instead the Santo nino who was in teh carpet burned,Santo Nino sacrificed himself to burnn so the carpet wont burn and the hosue wont cacth a fire.

Origins of this saint came from Baroque,Spain,it grew popularity there and almost each copy they mede of Santo Nino at that time had lots of miracles.Santo Nino's original name in english is actually INFANT JESUS of Prague.

Santo Nino is my patron saint and I and prayers to him in the rosary,I suggest you do that too he might make you a miracle!
