...and I imagine a lot of people are working on Springfest stuff and don't have time for it right now. I just wanted to get it out there so people could start thinking about it. I really don't expect that we'll start actively working on getting this thing up until after Springfest.

In the meantime, if anybody has time to contemplate it, what we really need (aside from the group's nod of approval) is to start thinking about the board and thread structure. We need a breakdown that will make sense to someone who's never been here before. Think 'new to the site' and 'what would make sense to me?' and I believe we'll get there.
