1. Who can use the contest feature?
Though it takes a demi to actually set up the contest, anyone can take advantage of this feature. All you need to do is contact a scribe or demigod/dess and provide the following information:
- Contest title
- Contest description and rules
- How long the contest will run
- How much sestertii (site money) for each winner
- How many places (winners)
- The plaques for awards
2. How does the contest feature work?
When you create a contest, people have the option of signing up for a chance to win site money and a plaque that will appear on their entrance. The system will automatically put the plaque on the winners' homesite, and the money in their cash box.

3. My group doesn't have enough sestertii to pay for the contest. What can I do?
Jot set up a bank for the contests so you can draw from his bank. The group doesn't have to pay for the contest.
4. Kewl! Can the demis create a contest for my group only?
Contests are set up at the city level, and anyone can sign up for them. Currently there is no way to set up contests at group level only.
5. What if I want to make changes to the contest after it is set up?
The demis can edit the contest any time. Ask them nicely, and they might do it for you.
